2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on 99Roadmap for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:

• Accessing learning content and roadmaps
• Participating in quizzes and assessments
• Downloading resources for personal learning
• Using the AI assistant for educational purposes

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

4. Subscription and Payment

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• Our refund policy as outlined in our Refund Policy page

5. Intellectual Property

All content on 99Roadmap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 99Roadmap or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform (such as forum posts, comments, or profile information) remains your property. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• To harass, abuse, or harm other users
• To share your account credentials with others
• To scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• To impersonate any person or entity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

99Roadmap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Communications and Marketing

By creating an account and using our Platform, you consent to receive communications from us through various channels:

• Email Communications: We will send you important account notifications, platform updates, learning progress reports, promotional offers, newsletters, and marketing materials to your registered email address
• WhatsApp Messages: We may send you notifications, updates, learning reminders, promotional content, and support messages via WhatsApp to your registered phone number
• SMS: We may send you account alerts, OTPs, and promotional messages via SMS
• In-Platform Notifications: We will display notifications within the Platform dashboard

You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. However, you cannot opt-out of essential service communications related to your account, transactions, or platform functionality. By using our services, you explicitly agree to receive all forms of communication mentioned above.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
